महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-9, verse-26

तक्षोवाच ।
महास्कन्धो भृशं ह्येष परशुर्न तरिष्यति ।
कर्तुं चाहं न शक्ष्यामि कर्म सद्भिर्विगर्हितम् ॥२६॥
26. takṣovāca ,
mahāskandho bhṛśaṁ hyeṣa paraśurna tariṣyati ,
kartuṁ cāhaṁ na śakṣyāmi karma sadbhirvigarhitam.
26. takṣā uvāca | mahāskandhaḥ bhṛśam hi eṣa paraśuḥ na tariṣyati
| kartum ca aham na śakṣyāmi karma sadbhiḥ vigarhitam
26. The carpenter said: 'Indeed, this axe (paraśu) is very heavy, and it will not suffice. Moreover, I will not be able to perform an action condemned by good people (sadbhiḥ).'
