महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-32, verse-24

सहस्रं न्यवधीत्तत्र कुन्तीपुत्रो युधिष्ठिरः ।
भीमः सप्तशतान्योधान्परलोकमदर्शयत् ।
नकुलश्चापि सप्तैव शतानि प्राहिणोच्छरैः ॥२४॥
24. sahasraṁ nyavadhīttatra kuntīputro yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ,
bhīmaḥ saptaśatānyodhānparalokamadarśayat ,
nakulaścāpi saptaiva śatāni prāhiṇoccharaiḥ.
24. sahasram nyavadhīt tatra kuntīputraḥ
yudhiṣṭhiraḥ bhīmaḥ saptaśatān
yodhān paralokam adarśayat nakulaḥ ca
api sapta eva śatāni prāhiṇot śaraiḥ
24. There, Yudhishthira, son of Kunti, killed a thousand (warriors). Bhima sent seven hundred warriors to the other world. And Nakula also dispatched exactly seven hundred (warriors) with arrows.
