61. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
tamuvāca mahātejāḥ prahasya vṛṣabhadhvajaḥ ,
pragṛhya ruciraṁ bāhuṁ kṣāntamityeva phalgunam.

Vaiśampāyana said: The immensely powerful Śiva (vṛṣabhadhvajaḥ) laughed and, taking Arjuna's (phālguna) beautiful arm, said to him, "Indeed, it is forgiven."
