महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-40, verse-23

दोषान्स्वान्नार्हसेऽन्यस्मै वक्तुं स्वबलदर्पितः ।
अभिषक्तोऽस्मि मन्दात्मन्न मे जीवन्विमोक्ष्यसे ॥२३॥
23. doṣānsvānnārhase'nyasmai vaktuṁ svabaladarpitaḥ ,
abhiṣakto'smi mandātmanna me jīvanvimokṣyase.
23. doṣān svān na arhase anyasmai vaktum svabaladarpitaḥ
abhiṣaktaḥ asmi mandātman na me jīvan vimokṣyase
23. Proud of your own strength, you should not attribute your own faults to another. O foolish one, you are now assailed by me; you will not escape from me alive.
