महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-40, verse-19

किमर्थं च त्वया विद्धो मृगोऽयं मत्परिग्रहः ।
मयाभिपन्नः पूर्वं हि राक्षसोऽयमिहागतः ॥१९॥
19. kimarthaṁ ca tvayā viddho mṛgo'yaṁ matparigrahaḥ ,
mayābhipannaḥ pūrvaṁ hi rākṣaso'yamihāgataḥ.
19. kim artham ca tvayā viddhaḥ mṛgaḥ ayam matparigrahaḥ
mayā abhipannaḥ pūrvam hi rākṣasaḥ ayam iha āgataḥ
19. "And why was this deer, which is my quarry, wounded by you? Indeed, this demon, who has come here, was struck by me previously."
