महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-40, verse-34

तान्प्रसन्नेन मनसा भगवाँल्लोकभावनः ।
शूलपाणिः प्रत्यगृह्णाच्छिलावर्षमिवाचलः ॥३४॥
34. tānprasannena manasā bhagavāँllokabhāvanaḥ ,
śūlapāṇiḥ pratyagṛhṇācchilāvarṣamivācalaḥ.

śūlapāṇiḥ pratyagṛhṇāt śilāvarṣam iva acalaḥ
34. The venerable Lord (bhagavān) Shiva (śūlapāṇiḥ), the sustainer of worlds (lokabhāvanaḥ), with a serene mind, received those arrows just as an immovable mountain receives a shower of stones.
