महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-163, verse-38

व्यायामं मुष्टिभिः कृत्वा तलैरपि समाहतौ ।
अपातयच्च तद्भूतं निश्चेष्टो ह्यगमं महीम् ॥३८॥
38. vyāyāmaṁ muṣṭibhiḥ kṛtvā talairapi samāhatau ,
apātayacca tadbhūtaṁ niśceṣṭo hyagamaṁ mahīm.
38. vyāyāmam muṣṭibhiḥ kṛtvā talaiḥ api samāhatau
apātayat ca tat bhūtam niśceṣṭaḥ hi agamam mahīm
38. After wrestling with my fists and also striking with my palms, I made that being fall. Then, I too became motionless and fell to the ground.
