महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-42, verse-54

एतन्महार्णवं घोरमगाधं मोहसंज्ञितम् ।
विसृजेत्संक्षिपेच्चैव बोधयेत्सामरं जगत् ॥५४॥
54. etanmahārṇavaṁ ghoramagādhaṁ mohasaṁjñitam ,
visṛjetsaṁkṣipeccaiva bodhayetsāmaraṁ jagat.
54. etat mahārṇavam ghoram agādham mohasaṃjñitam
visṛjet saṃkṣipet ca eva bodhayet sāmaram jagat
54. etat ghoram agādham mohasaṃjñitam mahārṇavam (asti).

54. This (existence) is a vast, terrifying, unfathomable ocean, known as delusion (moha). Therefore, one should relinquish (attachment to it) and indeed, one should withdraw (from its illusions), and one should awaken the entire world (jagat), including its divine beings.
