महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-42, verse-36

हस्तावध्यात्ममित्याहुरध्यात्मविदुषो जनाः ।
अधिभूतं तु कर्माणि शक्रस्तत्राधिदैवतम् ॥३६॥
36. hastāvadhyātmamityāhuradhyātmaviduṣo janāḥ ,
adhibhūtaṁ tu karmāṇi śakrastatrādhidaivatam.
36. hastau adhyātmam iti āhuḥ adhyātmaviduṣaḥ janāḥ
adhibhūtam tu karmāṇi śakraḥ tatra adhidaivatam
36. Those who understand the spiritual realm say that the two hands are the internal faculty (adhyātma). Its material aspect (adhibhūtam), however, consists of actions, and Śakra is its presiding deity.
