महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-56, verse-58

हेलमाना नरव्याघ्र स्वस्थास्तस्योपशृण्वते ।
निन्दन्ति स्वानधीकारान्संत्यजन्ति च भारत ॥५८॥
58. helamānā naravyāghra svasthāstasyopaśṛṇvate ,
nindanti svānadhīkārānsaṁtyajanti ca bhārata.

58. O tiger among men (naravyāghra), these people, feeling secure, nonchalantly heed his words. They criticize their own responsibilities (adhīkāra) and completely abandon them, O descendant of Bharata (Bhārata).
