bhūridakṣiṇa सर्वाणि व्यसनानि च त्यजेथान च एव न प्रयुञ्जीत,
तु सङ्गं परिवर्जयेत्।

O generous king, you should abandon all vices. Moreover, one should certainly not indulge in them, but rather completely shun any attachment (saṅga).
