महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-56, verse-13

दैवतान्यर्चयित्वा हि ब्राह्मणांश्च कुरूद्वह ।
आनृण्यं याति धर्मस्य लोकेन च स मान्यते ॥१३॥
13. daivatānyarcayitvā hi brāhmaṇāṁśca kurūdvaha ,
ānṛṇyaṁ yāti dharmasya lokena ca sa mānyate.
13. daivatāni arcayitvā hi brāhmaṇān ca kurūdvaha
ānṛṇyam yāti dharmasya lokena ca saḥ mānyate
13. hi kurūdvaha daivatāni brāhmaṇān ca arcayitvā
dharmasya ānṛṇyam yāti ca saḥ lokena mānyate
13. Indeed, O leader of the Kurus, by revering deities and Brahmins, one fulfills his obligations (dharma) and is honored by the people.
