आदर्शे स्वामिव छायां पश्यस्यात्मानमात्मना ।

29. Just as one sees one's own reflection in a mirror by means of one's own self (ātman), similarly, place the Vedas within your inner self (ātman) and contemplate them thoroughly with your intellect.
