महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-173, verse-31

अप्राशनमसंस्पर्शमसंदर्शनमेव च ।
पुरुषस्यैष नियमो मन्ये श्रेयो न संशयः ॥३१॥

31. aprāśanamasaṁsparśamasaṁdarśanameva ca ,
puruṣasyaiṣa niyamo manye śreyo na saṁśayaḥ.
