महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-105, verse-30

पुरस्ताद्भूतपूर्वत्वाद्धीनभाग्यो हि दुर्मतिः ।
धातारं गर्हते नित्यं लब्धार्थांश्च न मृष्यते ॥३०॥
30. purastādbhūtapūrvatvāddhīnabhāgyo hi durmatiḥ ,
dhātāraṁ garhate nityaṁ labdhārthāṁśca na mṛṣyate.

30. Indeed, because of his past misfortune, a foolish person (durmati) with diminished fortune constantly blames the Creator (Dhātṛ) and does not tolerate those who have achieved success.
