महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-155, verse-6

तत्र नास्नातकः कश्चिन्न चासीदव्रती द्विजः ।
तथैव नामहाभागः सोऽपश्यत्संशितव्रतौ ॥६॥
6. tatra nāsnātakaḥ kaścinna cāsīdavratī dvijaḥ ,
tathaiva nāmahābhāgaḥ so'paśyatsaṁśitavratau.
6. tatra na asnātakaḥ kaścit na ca āsīt avratī dvijaḥ
| tathā eva na amāhābhāgaḥ saḥ apaśyat saṃśitavratau
6. There, no one was an unbathed student (asnātaka), nor was any brahmin (dvija) without vows. Likewise, no one was without great fortune. He (the king) then saw two individuals with keen vows.
