योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-6, verse-7

नान्तोऽस्त्यस्य न च स्थैर्यावस्थाऽविश्रान्तमानसम् ।
भ्रमतो भोगभङ्गेषु मरुभूमिष्विवाध्वनः ॥ ७ ॥
nānto'styasya na ca sthairyāvasthā'viśrāntamānasam ,
bhramato bhogabhaṅgeṣu marubhūmiṣvivādhvanaḥ 7
7. na antaḥ asti asya na ca sthairyāvasthā aviśrāntamānasam
bhramataḥ bhogabhaṅgeṣu marubhūmiṣu iva adhvanaḥ
7. asya antaḥ na asti,
na ca sthairyāvasthā (asti).

7. There is no end to this, nor any stable state for the mind that restlessly wanders among the broken pleasures, just like a traveler in deserts.
