योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-6, verse-27

श्रुतं स्पृष्टं तथा दृष्टं भुक्तं घ्रातं पुनः पुनः ।
संशुष्कविरसं भूयः किं भजामि वदाशु मे ॥ २७ ॥
śrutaṃ spṛṣṭaṃ tathā dṛṣṭaṃ bhuktaṃ ghrātaṃ punaḥ punaḥ ,
saṃśuṣkavirasaṃ bhūyaḥ kiṃ bhajāmi vadāśu me 27
27. śrutam spṛṣṭam tathā dṛṣṭam bhuktam ghrātam punaḥ
punaḥ saṃśuṣkavirasam bhūyaḥ kim bhajāmi vada āśu me
27. me āśu vada punaḥ punaḥ śrutam spṛṣṭam tathā dṛṣṭam

27. Tell me quickly: why should I again seek out that which has been heard, touched, seen, enjoyed, and smelled repeatedly, but is now completely dried up and devoid of flavor?
