योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-6, verse-19

चिरं रसनया चाहमनया नयहीनया ।
गजगोमायुगुप्तेषु दुःखाद्रिष्वलमाहतः ॥ १९ ॥
ciraṃ rasanayā cāhamanayā nayahīnayā ,
gajagomāyugupteṣu duḥkhādriṣvalamāhataḥ 19
19. ciram rasanayā ca aham anayā nayahīnayā
gajagomāyugupteṣu duḥkhādriṣu alam āhataḥ
19. ca aham ciram anayā nayahīnayā rasanayā gajagomāyugupteṣu duḥkhādriṣu alam āhataḥ.
19. And I have been greatly afflicted for a long time by this tongue (rasanā), which is devoid of guidance, as if trapped in mountains of sorrow guarded by elephants and jackals.
