अनागतायां निद्रायां मनोविषयसंक्षये ।
पुंसः स्वस्थस्य यो भावः स चिदाकाश उच्यते ॥ ७ ॥

When sleep has not yet arrived and the objects of the mind have ceased, the state (bhāva) of one established in their true self (svastha) is called the space of consciousness (cidākāśa).
