योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-86, verse-8

इति संचिन्त्य स ध्याने पुनस्तस्थौ दिनानि षट् ।
ततः प्रबोधमापन्नः क्षणसुप्त इवाध्वगः ॥ ८ ॥

8. Thus, having reflected, he again remained in meditative absorption (dhyāna) for six days. Afterwards, he attained full awareness, like a traveler who had just momentarily rested.
