इत्थं यथेह सामग्र्या स्वशक्तिस्थपदार्थया ।
संपन्ना काकतालीया दृढा वरगृहाकृतिः ॥ २० ॥

20. Thus, just as here, by means of the collective elements, each abiding in its own intrinsic nature (svaśakti), the firm form of an excellent house is perfected through a sudden, coincidental occurrence (kākatālīya).
