एतावन्मात्रसारैकं गृहीत्वा गच्छ देहक ।
पयःक्षोभप्रकारेभ्यः स्नानेभ्योऽपि नमोस्तु ते ॥ ४९ ॥

49. שא עמך גוף קטן זה, שזהו כל ערכו, ולך לדרכך! ברכות מורעפות גם על כל הטבילות והרחצות במים הסוערים.
