योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-6, verse-15

पदातिरेव सहसा राज्ञां वृन्देन मालितः ।
वसिष्ठवामदेवाभ्यां सह सामन्तसंस्तुतः ॥ १५ ॥
padātireva sahasā rājñāṃ vṛndena mālitaḥ ,
vasiṣṭhavāmadevābhyāṃ saha sāmantasaṃstutaḥ 15
15. padātiḥ eva sahasā rājñām vṛndena mālitaḥ
vasiṣṭhavāmadevābhyām saha sāmantasaṃstutaḥ
15. Suddenly, (he), appearing merely as a foot-soldier, was encircled by a multitude of kings and, accompanied by Vasiṣṭha and Vāmadeva, was praised by their subordinate rulers.
