मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-22, verse-50

प्रणिपत्य स तं प्रायाद्राजपुत्रः पुरं पितुः ।
समारुह्य तमेवाश्वं सुपर्णानिलविक्रमम् ॥५०॥
50. praṇipatya sa taṃ prāyādrājaputraḥ puraṃ pituḥ .
samāruhya tamevāśvaṃ suparṇānilavikramam.

50. Having bowed down to him, that prince departed for his father's city, riding that very horse which possessed the speed and prowess of Suparṇa (Garuda) and the wind.
