मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-22, verse-11

यावदन्तर्जले देवं वरुणं यादसां पतिम् ।
वैदिकैर्वारुणैर्मन्त्रैः प्रजानां पुष्टिहेतुकैः ॥११॥
11. yāvadantarjale devaṃ varuṇaṃ yādasāṃ patim .
vaidikairvāruṇairmantraiḥ prajānāṃ puṣṭihetukaiḥ.
