मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-22, verse-33

अस्माकं बान्धवानाञ्च तथान्येषां दयावताम् ।
शोच्या ह्येषा भवेदेवं यदि भर्त्रा वियोगिनी ॥३३॥
33. asmākaṃ bāndhavānāñca tathānyeṣāṃ dayāvatām .
śocyā hyeṣā bhavedevaṃ yadi bhartrā viyoginī.
33. asmākam bāndhavānām ca tathā anyeṣām dayāvatām
śocyā hi eṣā bhavet evam yadi bhartrā viyoginī
33. She would indeed be lamentable to us, our relatives, and other compassionate people, if she were separated from her husband.
