महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-24, verse-4

हतधुर्या रथाः केचिद्धतसूतास्तथापरे ।
भग्नाक्षयुगचक्रेषाः केचिदासन्विशां पते ॥४॥
4. hatadhuryā rathāḥ keciddhatasūtāstathāpare ,
bhagnākṣayugacakreṣāḥ kecidāsanviśāṁ pate.

bhagnākṣayugacakreṣāḥ kecit āsan viśām pate

4. O lord of men, some chariots (rathā) had their draught animals destroyed, others had their charioteers killed, and still others had their axles, yokes, wheels, and poles broken.
