महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-24, verse-18

ततस्त्वापततस्तस्य तव पुत्रो जनाधिप ।
बाणसंघाननेकान्वै प्रेषयामास भारत ॥१८॥
18. tatastvāpatatastasya tava putro janādhipa ,
bāṇasaṁghānanekānvai preṣayāmāsa bhārata.

bāṇasaṅghān anekān vai preṣayāmāsa bhārata
18. janādhipa bhārata tataḥ tu tasya āpatataḥ tava
putraḥ anekān bāṇasaṅghān vai preṣayāmāsa
18. O lord of men (janādhipa), O Bhārata, then your son indeed sent forth many groups of arrows against him who was rushing forth.
