महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-61, verse-51

राज्यकामस्य मूढस्य रागोपहतचेतसः ।
दुर्नीतं वा सुनीतं वा तन्ममाचक्ष्व संजय ॥५१॥
51. rājyakāmasya mūḍhasya rāgopahatacetasaḥ ,
durnītaṁ vā sunītaṁ vā tanmamācakṣva saṁjaya.
