कालप्राप्तमहं मन्ये मा त्वं दुर्योधनातिगाः ।

23. kālaprāptamahaṁ manye mā tvaṁ duryodhanātigāḥ ,

I believe this is the right time. O Duryodhana, do not overstep the bounds! If you reject Kesava (Krishna), who is speaking for your welfare and requesting peace, then there will be no escape from defeat.
