महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-61, verse-10

तदद्य हीनपुण्योऽहमार्तस्वरनिनादितम् ।
निवेशनं हतोत्साहं पुत्राणां मम लक्षये ॥१०॥
10. tadadya hīnapuṇyo'hamārtasvaranināditam ,
niveśanaṁ hatotsāhaṁ putrāṇāṁ mama lakṣaye.

niveśanam hatotsāham putrāṇām mama lakṣaye

10. Therefore, today, I, whose accumulated merit (puṇya) has dwindled, perceive my sons' residence resonating with cries of pain and utterly devoid of enthusiasm.
