महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-15, verse-9

कर्णात्मजं शरव्रातैश्चक्रुश्चादृश्यमञ्जसा ।
तान्नदन्तोऽभ्यधावन्त द्रोणपुत्रमुखा रथाः ॥९॥
9. karṇātmajaṁ śaravrātaiścakruścādṛśyamañjasā ,
tānnadanto'bhyadhāvanta droṇaputramukhā rathāḥ.
9. karṇātmajam śaravrātaiḥ cakruḥ ca adṛśyam añjasā
tān nadantaḥ abhyadhāvanta droṇaputramukhāḥ rathāḥ
9. ca śaravrātaiḥ karṇātmajam añjasā adṛśyam cakruḥ
droṇaputramukhāḥ rathāḥ nadantaḥ tān abhyadhāvanta
9. And they (the Draupadeyas) swiftly made Karṇa's son (Vṛṣasena) invisible with volleys of arrows. Roaring, the chariots, led by Droṇa's son (Aśvatthāmā), charged towards them (the Draupadeyas).
