महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-15, verse-47

नादृश्यत तदा राजंस्तत्र किंचन संयुगे ।
बाणान्धकारे महति कृते गाण्डीवधन्वना ॥४७॥
47. nādṛśyata tadā rājaṁstatra kiṁcana saṁyuge ,
bāṇāndhakāre mahati kṛte gāṇḍīvadhanvanā.
47. na adṛśyata tadā rājan tatra kiṃcana saṃyuge
| bāṇāndhakāre mahati kṛte gāṇḍīvadhanvanā
47. rājan tadā tatra saṃyuge kiṃcana na adṛśyata
mahati bāṇāndhakāre gāṇḍīvadhanvanā kṛte
47. O King, at that time in the battle, nothing whatsoever could be seen, because a great darkness of arrows had been created by the wielder of the Gāṇḍīva bow (Arjuna).
