महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-80, verse-25

चेकितानस्ततः क्रुद्धः पुनश्चिक्षेप तां गदाम् ।
गौतमस्य वधाकाङ्क्षी वृत्रस्येव पुरंदरः ॥२५॥
25. cekitānastataḥ kruddhaḥ punaścikṣepa tāṁ gadām ,
gautamasya vadhākāṅkṣī vṛtrasyeva puraṁdaraḥ.

Gautamasya vadha-ākāṅkṣī Vṛtrasya iva purandaraḥ
25. tataḥ kruddhaḥ Gautamasya vadha-ākāṅkṣī cekitānaḥ
punaḥ tām gadām cikṣepa Vṛtrasya purandaraḥ iva
25. Then, enraged and desiring to kill Gautama, Cekitana again hurled that mace, just as Purandara (Indra) did towards Vritra.
