Only perfected beings (siddhāḥ), who practice severe austerities (ugratapasaḥ), observe strict vows (suvratāḥ), and speak the truth (satyavādinaḥ), can see Him. The Great Lord (Maheśvara) cannot possibly be seen by those of bad conduct.
