महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-30, verse-8

तं क्रोधं वर्जितं धीरैः कथमस्मद्विधश्चरेत् ।
एतद्द्रौपदि संधाय न मे मन्युः प्रवर्धते ॥८॥

etaddraupadi saṁdhāya na me manyuḥ pravardhate.

8. O Draupadi, how could a person like me indulge in that anger (krodha) which is shunned by the wise? Remembering this, my wrath (manyu) does not increase.
