महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-180, verse-47

उवाच चैनं कालज्ञः स्मयन्निव स नारदः ।
ब्रह्मर्षे कथ्यतां यत्ते पाण्डवेषु विवक्षितम् ॥४७॥
47. uvāca cainaṁ kālajñaḥ smayanniva sa nāradaḥ ,
brahmarṣe kathyatāṁ yatte pāṇḍaveṣu vivakṣitam.
47. uvāca ca enam kālajñaḥ smayan iva sa nāradaḥ
brahmarṣe kathyatām yat te pāṇḍaveṣu vivakṣitam
47. And Narada, who knew the right moment (kālajña), addressed him with a faint smile, saying, "O brahmin sage (brahmarṣe), please speak what you wish to say concerning the Pandavas."
