महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-96, verse-31

नाभाग उवाच ।
अनृतं भाषतु सदा सद्भिश्चैव विरुध्यतु ।
शुल्केन कन्यां ददतु यस्ते हरति पुष्करम् ॥३१॥
31. nābhāga uvāca ,
anṛtaṁ bhāṣatu sadā sadbhiścaiva virudhyatu ,
śulkena kanyāṁ dadatu yaste harati puṣkaram.
31. nābhāgaḥ uvāca | anṛtam bhāṣatu sadā sadbhiḥ ca eva
virudhyatu | śulkena kanyām dadatu yaḥ te harati puṣkaram
31. nābhāgaḥ uvāca yaḥ te puṣkaram harati,
(saḥ) sadā anṛtam bhāṣatu,
ca eva sadbhiḥ virudhyatu,
ca śulkena kanyām dadatu.
31. Nābhāga said: May he always speak untruth, may he oppose the virtuous, and may he give his daughter in marriage for a bride-price—whoever takes your lotus.
