पूर्वदेहकृतं कर्म शुभं वा यदि वाशुभम् ।
प्राज्ञं मूढं तथा शूरं भजते यादृशं कृतम् ॥३७॥

37. pūrvadehakṛtaṁ karma śubhaṁ vā yadi vāśubham ,
prājñaṁ mūḍhaṁ tathā śūraṁ bhajate yādṛśaṁ kṛtam.

37. The action (karma) performed in a previous body, whether it was auspicious or inauspicious, follows (bhajate) the wise, the foolish, and the brave, just as it was done.
