योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-53, verse-44

सर्वभूतस्थमात्मानं भजत्येकत्वमात्मनः ।
सर्वथा वर्तमानोऽपि न स भूयोऽभिजायते ॥ ४४ ॥

sarvathā vartamānaḥ api na saḥ bhūyaḥ abhijāyate

44. One who realizes the self (ātman) residing in all beings, and the oneness of the self (ātman), is not born again, no matter how he conducts himself.
