योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-40, verse-54

यत्रैष म्रियते जीवस्तत्रैवं पश्यति क्षणात् ।
प्रत्येकमुदितेष्वेवं जगत्खण्डेषु भूरिशः ॥ ५४ ॥

yatraiṣa mriyate jīvastatraivaṃ paśyati kṣaṇāt ,
pratyekamuditeṣvevaṃ jagatkhaṇḍeṣu bhūriśaḥ 54

pratyekam uditeṣu evam jagat-khaṇḍeṣu bhūriśaḥ

54. Wherever this individual soul (jīva) ceases to exist (in a specific manifestation), it instantly perceives, in a similar fashion, the numerous cosmic segments that have thus arisen in each instance.
