योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-38, verse-8

अथसेनाधिनाथाभ्यां विचार्य सहमन्त्रिभिः ।
दूताः परस्परं वृत्ता युद्धं संह्रियतामिति ॥ ८ ॥
athasenādhināthābhyāṃ vicārya sahamantribhiḥ ,
dūtāḥ parasparaṃ vṛttā yuddhaṃ saṃhriyatāmiti 8
8. atha senādhināthābhyām vicārya sahamantribhiḥ
dūtāḥ parasparam vṛttāḥ yuddham saṃhriyatām iti
8. atha senādhināthābhyām sahamantribhiḥ vicārya
dūtāḥ parasparam vṛttāḥ yuddham saṃhriyatām iti
8. Then, after the two army commanders deliberated with their ministers, messengers were sent to each other with the message: 'Let the battle be ceased!'
