बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-35, verse-48

पाखण्डवादिनो वा धनरहिता वा बहिष्कृता लोके ।
सुतमातृधर्मरहिता युगयोगे ये नरा जाताः ॥४८॥
48. pākhaṇḍavādino vā dhanarahitā vā bahiṣkṛtā loke .
sutamātṛdharmarahitā yugayoge ye narā jātāḥ.

48. Those who are born in a Yuga (astrological) combination (yoga) are either hypocrites, or poor, or outcasted in the world, and are devoid of the dutiful conduct (dharma) expected of a son and mother.
