महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-3, verse-7

अप्रख्यातिं गतानां तु राज्ञां शतसहस्रशः ।
कृपाविष्टः कृपो राजन्वयःशीलसमन्वितः ॥७॥
7. aprakhyātiṁ gatānāṁ tu rājñāṁ śatasahasraśaḥ ,
kṛpāviṣṭaḥ kṛpo rājanvayaḥśīlasamanvitaḥ.

kṛpaḥ rājan vayaḥśīlasamanvitaḥ

7. But when thousands upon thousands of kings had attained obscurity, Kṛpa, filled with compassion, O King, and endowed with age and good character (śīla)...
