वपां विलुम्पन्ति हसन्ति गान्ति च प्रकर्षमाणाः कुणपान्यनेकशः ॥४८॥

Piercing the skin, they drink the fat and blood; similarly, they devour the marrow and flesh. They seize the omentum, laugh, and sing, dragging countless corpses.
