सौहार्दं सर्वभूतेषु यः करोत्यतिमात्रशः ।
सोऽद्य केशग्रहं श्रुत्वा पितुर्धक्ष्यति नो रणे ॥४०॥

40. sauhārdaṁ sarvabhūteṣu yaḥ karotyatimātraśaḥ ,
so'dya keśagrahaṁ śrutvā piturdhakṣyati no raṇe.

40. He who shows great goodwill towards all creatures (bhūta) will, today, upon hearing of his father's humiliation (keśagraham), incinerate us in battle.
