महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-167, verse-32

गुरुं मे यत्र पाञ्चाल्यः केशपक्षे परामृशत् ।
तन्न जातु क्षमेद्द्रौणिर्जानन्पौरुषमात्मनः ॥३२॥
32. guruṁ me yatra pāñcālyaḥ keśapakṣe parāmṛśat ,
tanna jātu kṣameddrauṇirjānanpauruṣamātmanaḥ.
32. gurum me yatra Pāñcālyaḥ keśapakṣe parāmṛśat tat
na jātu kṣamet Drauṇiḥ jānan pauruṣam ātmanaḥ
32. yatra Pāñcālyaḥ me gurum keśapakṣe parāmṛśat,
tat Drauṇiḥ ātmanaḥ pauruṣam jānan jātu na kṣamet.
32. That act, where the son of Pañcāla (Dhṛṣṭadyumna) seized my guru (teacher) by his hair, the son of Droṇa (Aśvatthāmā), knowing his own prowess (puruṣa), would never forgive.
