महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-167, verse-21

य एष तुमुलः शब्दः श्रूयते लोमहर्षणः ।
सेन्द्रानप्येष लोकांस्त्रीन्भञ्ज्यादिति मतिर्मम ॥२१॥
21. ya eṣa tumulaḥ śabdaḥ śrūyate lomaharṣaṇaḥ ,
sendrānapyeṣa lokāṁstrīnbhañjyāditi matirmama.

indrān api eṣaḥ lokān trīn bhañjyāt iti matiḥ mama
21. yaḥ eṣaḥ lomaharṣaṇaḥ tumulaḥ śabdaḥ śrūyate,
eṣaḥ sa indrān api trīn lokān bhañjyāt iti mama matiḥ
21. This tumultuous sound, which is heard and causes one's hair to stand on end, could shatter even the three worlds along with Indra; such is my thought (mati).
