महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-267, verse-43

इत्युक्त्वान्तर्हिते तस्मिन्रामो नलमुवाच ह ।
कुरु सेतुं समुद्रे त्वं शक्तो ह्यसि मतो मम ॥४३॥
43. ityuktvāntarhite tasminrāmo nalamuvāca ha ,
kuru setuṁ samudre tvaṁ śakto hyasi mato mama.
43. ityuktva antarhite tasmin rāmaḥ nalam uvāca ha
kuru setum samudre tvam śaktaḥ hi asi mataḥ mama
43. Having spoken thus, when he (the ocean god) vanished, Rama addressed Nala: 'Construct a bridge in the ocean. You are certainly capable; this is my considered opinion.'
